Welcome
Welcome to Kirin Tora Reiki.
Kirin Tora means Celestial Tiger, an aspirational name that brings together the energies of good fortune, courage and universal life force in every treatment and class I offer.
A celestial creature of East Asian tradition: symbol of good luck, prosperity and longevity.
Tiger: strength, courage and protective power.
Universal, divine, spiritual: the higher intelligence that flows through all things.
Life force energy: the vital energy that moves through all living beings.
What I offer
A quiet, personal practice.
My Story
I came to Reiki during a difficult period in my own life and found something in it worth staying with. I trained to Master Teacher level so that I could pass it on, and I have been treating and teaching ever since.
My Services
In-person Reiki sessions, distance sessions, and the full programme of Usui Reiki training from First Degree through to Master Teacher, Levels 1 to 4. Every session and every course is arranged around the individual.
My Approach
Every session and course is offered with compassion, respect and a deep regard for the whole person: body, mind and spirit. I draw on both the original Japanese teachings of Mikao Usui and the Western Reiki tradition.
